Coaching for Success
If you are not achieving yhose resolutions – get a coach

A 2001 study by MetrixGlobal found that “coaching produced a 525% return on investment and significant intangible benefits to the business. Including the financial benefits from employee retention boosted the overall ROI to 788%”. The International Coach Federation has reported (1998) that individuals experience the following outcomes as a result of working with a coach: increased self-awareness (67%); lower stress levels (57%); better goal-setting (62%); a more balanced life (60%); increased self confidence (52%).

Coaching is a highly efficient, flexible and focused way of meeting development needs. It helps people make lasting and fundamental changes in the way they think and therefore behave. A coach works with an individual or a team on whatever is relevant for them, in a private and confidential setting. Together they set goals that will make the biggest difference, building confidence and motivation. Most importantly an expert coach can identify areas that may prevent an individual from succeeding and help them deal with this issue.
