These 'Free Team Building' activities are supplied by Fresh
Tracks who specialise in providing corporate team
building and team
development days for some of Europe's leading companies. They understand
that many people simply want free team building games that they can run
at work themselves. In response to this they have compiled a database
of free team building activities all of which have been tried and tested.
Most of these free team building ideas have been developed by Fresh Tracks
and can be easily run by almost anyone in an office.

Overview: A short exercise that forces small teams to communicate
when they can’t see one another or their progress as they work to
achieve a specific goal.

Overview: A hilarious illustration of teamwork in which teams are literally bonded together while they compete with other teams to complete their tasks.

Overview: An introductory activity that gets participants listening to one another and in doing so, finding out about each other�s values as they ask a series of questions around concentric circles.

Overview: A light-hearted introductory activity, which encourages participants to find out a bit more about their work colleagues. Dream Trips can be shared among teams/paris or with the group as a whole.

Overview: A simple and fun activity, ideal as an icebreaker or discussion starter. A good way of ensuring that all mobile phones are switched off at the start of a meeting.
